Mango & tummy ache

Last night Molly went out babysitting so her parents dog sat. Everything went smoothly with putting me to bed. When Molly got home in the early hours of the morning she let me out for a wee & then I went back to sleep til 7.30am.

This morning the garden was all frosty but I wasn't fazed. Molly wasn't so keen on the cold but said that the frosty ground made it easier to pick my poos up & meant I didn't need my paws drying when I came back inside. I was full of energy & very nippy first thing but it never lasts for long. Then I fell asleep again, don't I look cute?

Molly took me out to meet another dog called Mango. We were fine with each other but didn't really play together. She's huge though & I'm only little. Mango had a big garden so I enjoyed exploring & the daughter of Mango's owner gave me lots of fuss.

When we got back Molly put me in my crate for a rest & she also put my water bowl in there too (usually it's just outside the crate) because she thought I might be thirsty after my run around. What a silly thing to do - as soon as she looked away I got water everywhere! Molly initially thought I'd done a wee but soon realised that everything was too wet for that! So now my bed is in the airing cupboard again.

This afternoon I was quite agitated & just couldn't settle. Molly was a bit worried because she knew how tired I was so was concerned that something was making me uncomfortable. A few hours later I was almost back to my normal self so Molly suspects it might have been tummy ache/wind from something I'd eaten.

I settled in my crate without any fuss once I was feeling better & had a nice long sleep. Molly had to cancel this afternoon's socialising plans because I didn't feel well so we just spent it quietly at home. She's babysitting again this eve so her parents will look after me.
